Package arrived damaged, box cut in half. Finally received a 10.00 discount which was not enough as product was scratched. Poor business acumen and feel they do not appreciate the business they have. The scratches were barely noticeable and would not affect the performance of the tool. The buyer sent an offer of $75.00 which was accepted ($14.99 off) and also given an additional $10.00 refund because of the condition stated tool was received. A total refund of $24.99 has been given which is above and beyond any damage to this tool.
