    My favorite easy-to-take vitamin

    These are about the smallest multivitamin you can get these days. Years ago, many major brands were roughly the size of an M&M(r). Not any more. Everything is huge. Yet, even with DEVA's small size, there are high levels of B vitamins -- more than 100% of RDA. By the way, Centum(r) comes from Latin meaning 100 and no vitamin it contains has more than 100%, so they're kinda weak if you want big doses of some ingredients.

    Small easy to swallow for people with swallowing problems

    There ok... but because of their size not particularly powerful. They are not "MEGA" strength.... but sufficient for most people under normal stress.

    Product not suitable for some

    Within 4 days of taking this product i broke out with a Swollen face, red blotches on the face and itchy all over . i would not recommend anyone Deva Multivitamins. Took the bottle to Doctor and he advised me to change from this to one called "ALIVE" you can find at walgreens also gelatin free.
