I then used it with my CPAP, it significantly lowered my AHI for the rest of the night. As viewed on OSCAR like CPAP data viewer. In the morning there was discomfort. Using it made the end of my tongue numb after using it during then night in the morning for a several minutes the end of my tongue was numb.
