    Good transaction. Item was in new condition as listed. Fast shipping. My only issue is that it was sent USPS which 1) in our area is less than reliable (outside Atlanta). 2) this is a 8x10" gel plate in a plastic package. It came in a big mailing envelope and the mail person just shoved it into the mailbox and had to bend it to get it in the box. 3) not negative ding to the sellers but I would suggest a choice of shipping. options so I don't have to use USPS.

    Very Thin Bottom Vinyl Seal

    This MD Garage Door Track & Seal Kit is a Good Value purchase. The Aluminum Track holes were not pre-drilled giving you the option to locate holes were needed. The Track comes in (4) equal lengths for an 18 foot door. The Track must be cut for a door that's shorter. The (4) Star Rating.is due to the Thin Vinyl Seal. I don't know how long it will last. My old Seal was at least (3) times thicker.

    Good quality. Easy to install

    Seems to be good quality. Looks like the insert is vinyl. Not sure how long it will last. Seems a bit wimpy? It comes folded but the creases straighten out once installed. Used dish detergent and had no problem inserting into the track with two people.

    Good product that does the job.

    Well made product and easy to install. The only added benefit I would suggest is that they could have pre-drilled the screw holes in the extruded aluminum strips, as it would have made the installation go much quicker.

    Fixes uneven concrete.

    My garage concrete had lifted slightly in the middle of the door. This seal took care of that problem by being flexible enough to fit better to uneven floor. I would recommend it highly.
