They are a bit smaller than the last bags I bought. At least 1-2inches in height and circumference. I can put a large ice pack in the bottom though. It has a mess pocket on both ends, two smaller pockets on the front. One has velcro and the other might fit a cell phone. There is an added mess pocket on the inside of the lid. It is foldable.
