    Item was clearly used. Shipping was $30 not $20. Packaging had hairs and dust on the adhesive which wouldn’t be possible it it was new. Many sleeves have scuffs. I don’t mind used stuff but not if it’s listed and priced as new. Other than that it was packaged nicely and arrived on time.
