    So i replaced this battery for my older model 2015 mac a1398. This is a bit of work , mainly you have to be careful to not puncture the battery as you slide a tool to release the adhesive. I did have a problem getting it to charge the computer. So the solution was a PRAM reset, hold down option, control and shift, then press the power button. Keep holding the three buttons until it reset twice. then let go. It worked for me and then the battery screen showed charging. Happy with this purchase

    i picked right and the seller even hit me up to make 100% sure so we wouldnt be shipping around the wrong battery. works great! i even replaced the thermal paste while i was in there and it was surprisingly easy with youtube videos! terrifying at the same time not gonna lie but yeah and HUGE thanks for the 2 pentalobe drivers!
