She sent a list of the additional charges, it even included an extra $18 charge to me so she could send via Register Mail (something usually reserved for expensive jewelry and fine art, not laundry hampers.) Seller finally lowered her shipping surcharge to additional $74 over the shipping I'd already paid. This was the sellers error, but I had to pay to fix it.
