Please keep in mind though all of the other Solaris helmets besides the primer gray do have the ECE rating. Due to this, I did return the item but RagingMoto was very quick in their response to resolve the issue. Initially offering a replacement once they figured out why it didn t have the labeling. To refund my money due to time constraints. Would highly recommend this seller for their communication alone
