I contacted the seller sent they responded promptly asked for some pictures and sku/item numbers which I sent. They then got it sorted and gave me tracking for the proper item which I received christmas day.

First, I had to drill out powder coating from the axle plate holes to get all three bolts to line up with the holes in the axle. I also had to grind the holes in the rock bar for the center mount point because the two pieces of pre-drilled flat bar were not lined up when they were welded to the rock bar causing pin alignment problems
