When I do, I'll use a lingerie bag and cool water and hang to dry. They are as described and were packed well. I went up to 40 C (usually a 38 C) and I'm glad I did, just in case there is some shrinkageand to account for back fat. Hey, its real. I chose this brand/vendor because they are mostly cotton with a bit of spandex. Breathability matters, no sweaty underboob here!
