    Good seller as far as packaging, speed of delivery and condition as described. Unfortunately I received a counterfeit pair of earbuds. Bose confirmed it with the serial number. I don’t believe the seller knew they were counterfeit. I did contact the seller and he said he had a pair he used at the gym and that was it. No offers to make things right. The seller has a no return policy so I took my loss. Live and learn. At $299 I did think they would be authentic. The noise cancellation is horrible

    Mids and Lows good sound, highs are muffled

    love how it looks. Nice and clean against the wall. Mid range sounds good. High’s are weak, theres no tweeter. Just small speaker. With Bose system, has good bass. When people talk, sounds muffled.
