    A high quality item but even after proper adjustment shifting still feels anemic. More defined but same pressure required to shift. For best results, snug the ring down then push against the the shift buttons until just before the engagement point as close as possible without it triggering the button. Overall I would recommend but it's not the big change I'd imagined.
