It was a bit unclear (or not specifically stated) that the siding of the pen is not metal, its nylon. We thought it was metal (i.e more secure from predators). It wasn’t exactly what we thought we were getting BUT, I reached out to the seller who was very friendly and very responsive and we worked out a solution. I appreciate their help! The item was well-packed, shipped quickly, and brand new, we’ll test it out soon!
