We chatted back and forth, (great communication) They made sure my refund cleared, and I ordered another one, And got it in 4 days. It was the carriers fault, not the seller. Now I have bought my ice cream machine and my slushie machine from them, and these folks stand behind their shipping process. They use US warehouses.
