    This stuff really works. I had raccoons under my house and they tore up my insulation and shredded several heater hoses. They tore off my wood frame vents to get under the house. Really bad damage. Once I replaced the vents and spread this stuff around the yard my cameras show I've never had another raccoon on my property. Yet my neighbor had to call an exterminator. I put it on every access point, around the outside fence, anywhere they might climb in. It works!
