    Refurbished cleaner arrived double-boxed. Sad to discover the reusable parts bag and owner's manual were used and musty. Contacted seller, explained issue. Requested just manual and bag be replaced to minimize costs since even else was OK. Was told a full return of everything is the only option. Sorry, but that's a HUGE time and financial inconvenience. Decided to just cut my losses and just forget it because "Certified Refurbished" must only apply to the appliance and not the accessories.

    Perfect little vacuum/duster for around the house.

    Love it! Easy to use in those hard to reach, tight or knick knack cluttered areas where a regular vacuum is just too cumbersome and/or time consuming. Not too heavy, easy to store. Yes, it is a little noisy. It's a vacuum not a feather duster! This seller is also an excellent communicator with stellar service.

    Good, power for dusting and blowing up air mattreses and such product is made of quality materials and has attachments for different jobs would reccomend, long hose and power cord make it easy to use in tight spaces where the a-2 might not get
