    Almost perfect, but major design flaw

    The retaliator fixes one of the biggest problems with the Recon: random jamming. If the Retaliator jams, the reason is simple and consistent. You didn't pull back the trigger all the way before pushing it forward. That doesn't mean there isn't problems. If you don't pull the trigger all the way back, you WILL have to remove the clip or the bullet will slide backwards into the barrel causing two bullets to get loaded on the next cock. Here's the worst part. If you don't realize what's happening and force the trigger forwards with two bullets inside, the flimsy plastic barrel blocker (that keeps bullets from sliding out when the gun is pointed downwards) will break off and you'll have to either replace the part (which is rare because nobody mods the barrel blocker) or replace the gun.     Bad camera, but good blaster

    So the Nerf Cam ECS 12 gets a bad wrap, for its over price at launch to its rather poo camera. As a blaster however, it is a stryfe resell, so can take all those upgrades and the shell is quite a comfortable fit

    My son LOVES this BLASTER..Is very accurate and loads quick also has rails on it so I mounted him a reflex site and he loves it. Great nerf gun for all ages I even enjoy shooting it with my son just wish I had toys like this when I was a kid

    Strike back!

    Anything that gets the kids outside is awesome. I battle my kids, but pick up some eye protection. Easy to use, except apparently for some of the neighborhood kids still working on the concept of directional arrows.
