(The only negative point is that the cheap mouse that came with this broke within an hour of plugging it in. This is not a big deal. We all know we’re buying a refurbished iMac without the original accessories.) Otherwise everything seems to work fine and there is minimal wear and scuffing on the machine.

The FedEx shipping only took two days. Unfortunately, there was an issue of a missing Wi-Fi dongle and optical drive. Customer service was great and shipped the missing items within two days. Again unfortunately, they shipped them USPS snail mail and took over a week to get them. I felt they should have placed a higher priority on something that was due to their error.
