Only three balloons arrived without the decorative stick shown in the image, which are part of the balloons and the way they stand in the cake. Not as described and useless without the sticks. Seller said in listing only the balloons included but that read as if the cake in the image was not included and only the balloons in full. We expected the whole of the balloons to be there.
