You have to repeatedly leave messages because they do not respond. My item has no traction and is in limbo. Seller only responded when I said I was going to report her to EBay. I asked her for a refund and she asked eBay to put my item on hold and maybe the item will be delivered to me. For a seller to tell a customer to wait after I have waited over 13 days is rude and she apparently doesn’t care

The fact that it was TRULY AUTHENTIC, packaged well and shipped so fast has me eating crow. So sorry, Michelle, for the stress.
