I messaged a request for tracking after 3 days, then the tracking said that FedEx was still waiting for the package for 10 days beyond that. Packing was adequate. The coffee maker works correctly, but was missing the dregs container, and one of the tabs on the water tank is damaged – no mention of any of that in the description.
