It binds and does not allow movement. There is a Agri-Fab website to request missing parts. I have ordered. I did not want to wait so I ordered from Amazon a tire tube. I drilled holes in the tube to lengthen the cable so the hopper works. MaxWarehouse was not aware of the quality of the spreader.
