Ive messaged back & forth with seller sent videos & picture, they keep side stepping the problem saying nothing is wrong with feeder. There clearly is something wrong. While not physically harmed, he was terrified when feeder beeped & doors started to shut while he was eating. The reader needs to be lower to see the tag at all times. Our feeder has Stop Food Theft design, the RFID tag straight line sensing distance is 15cm, if a cat wears the tag correctly, the feeder will never close the door when the cat is still eating. What is more, our feeder has smart Anti-pinch design, it will never hurt the pets. Thank you.
