    The seller and I agreed on a price for a posted item with free flat-rate shipping. After my payment cleared and ebay showed the item as shipped, the seller contacted me saying that they would not send the item until I provided more money for shipping. I am incredibly disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving it, and feel scammed, as this was clearly not as advertised. I paid what I thought was fair and never received my item. I was forced into a refund as they refused to send the item.

    You were never forced in to a refund, I gave you the choice of paying the value of the Iron antique scale and bronze tray shipping. The shipping to Washington State cross country to Connecticut was the cost of purchasing the scale only. The tray was going to cost another Fifty dollars. My mistake in selling flat rate. I am new at selling and have no idea of shipping costs for all the shippers. FedX UPS air or USPS. The scale and tray are sitting near me all packaged and ready to ship.
