On the negative, item hung up in shipping for days. Seller blames Covid which is obvious cop out. FedEx ship tracking hard to follow but mentioned damaged packaging/shipping label. No wonder! Bike wheel shipped in foam sheets, cellophane and shipping tape. No box. $35 shipping cost not justified. Who ships a bike wheel without a box. Will not buy from again. Clearly some thought and effort want into the packing to ensure nothing shifted or rubbed. Shipping cost was on par with other bikes I looked at.
