    I purchased this product because it had a 6mm hole, which i need for my macrame hangers where I use 4mm cord. When I was sent the beads, it was obvious the hole was smaller than advertised I measured the hole and it was only 3-4mm. I sent the owner a couple of emails and she responded with the most unprofessional email I have ever read, lecturing me about kindness. And after all that she is STILL falsely advertising these beads.

    We received an incorrect batch of beads from our supplier. Buyer sent us a very rude message from the start, insisting we refund her the FULL amount immediately but REFUSED to return the beads even though we were prepared to bear the return postage costs. We were never rude & even apologised numerous times to her for the mistake, but she threatened twice to take this to the ACCC. We are very accomodating especially when it was our error to begin with however we don't take threats lightly.
