    Panel is electronically defective. Connected by certified technician. Did not arrive in new packaging or condition. It is non functional. Misleading advertising. It appeared very much as a used console upon arrival

    Your claim is totally wrong. I do this for living. The panel was in brand new condition as it was never installed. Nonetheless, I have tested the panel myself. I plugged it to a working treadmill and made sure it worked before I shipped it out. I am willing to test it again if you are willing to cover the shipment both ways. Also, hire another technician. I have seen many of'certified' .The issue could be the lower board controller which is the most common issue with these treadmills.Thank you
