I contacted the seller about my frustrastion of a broken and not working item that waited 2 weeks for, so I threw it away. I contacted the seller about this and they were great on the response to send me a new one. The replacement was a Voldyne 4000 and it too was broken and not working. I work in the medical field and use these with my patients and for myself as well. Bad product and sloppy packaging. I wont buy again.
