As long as I’ve been doing taxes you may NOT file a sheet with more than 1 recipient, so if they only have one info return you leave the second blank. When I reached out to seller they laughed. Looks to me like you received 4 bonus pages, if I counted the 9 on the right, which is for 18 recipients. So you have enough 1099-B forms for 28 recipients, 8 more than the 20 recipients specified on the order." Another msg from buyer was followed up with item details. Buyer states, "seller laughed."
