    What a super sweet, mega accommodating seller! I say this, even though I didn't receive the gorgeous doggy that was in many of the photos, LOL ;-). There was no questions on what I was receiving, as the (many) pictures/communication were exemplary. The Owners Manual package was as described, and all books and pamphlets were in "like new" condition. Some even had the clear sealed cellophane wrapper attached to the book; which apparently had never been used / opened. Delivery of the material was also done in a very timely manner.
