    Easy to change, almost works

    I purchased this tip for installing vinyl siding. I am using the Bostich nailer but Hitachi nails. The Hitachi nails were what was available at Lowe's. I have had difficulty making sure that the nails are in the slots in the siding. The VSA4 tip has an alignment pin but it does not seem to be in the correct position. I can be successful 8 time sin a row and then the next nail is either high or low and into the siding. I would be interested in trying this tip with actual Bostitch nails. I would recommend this tip and using the nailer for siding but only if you can purchase actual Bostitch nails to see if it would repeatedly hit the center of of the slot using the alignment pin.

    Heavy duty AF, and almost perfect

    Heavy duty AF, easy to install/swap, it works as intended, although I have had more versatile siding guns, this became convenient for going back and forth from shingle & siding. The attachment works great but requires the gun to be perpendicular and flat against the siding to achieve accuracy & consistency for a perfectionist.

    Saves so much time

    I bought this adapter for my Bostitch Nailer to see if it would save me time when putting my new siding on instead of manually nailing the siding. I have saved so much time with this siding adapter. I recommend this to anyone who has to put on siding.
