I would say the quality is getting what you pay for. Is it an incredible futon? No it is not. Is it practical for when you have a gathering of people and want to have somewhere to sit? Absolutely A couple of things 1. You will need an Electric Drill 2. Assembly will take at least 45 minutes overall I’d say the quality is around a C+ to B-

The side pieces with I guess is suppose to be arm holders do not even Velcro so they just fall in the floor. The cup holder part is wobbly and not built well. Basically the whole thing is cheap it looks better than what it is. May as well get one from Walmart cause it is better quality there. When laid back it is the size of a toddler bed but other length I'm 5 foot and my feet literally hang over the couch.

Honestly too much work to go through the return process so now I'm stuck with a couch that only works pressed up against the wall and not straight up.
