One of the three trucks I ordered had a broken wheel (visible through the box before I opened it). The trucks were packaged in individual artitec boxes with cotton filler. Those boxes were packaged in a very sturdy cardboard box - however the individual boxes contacted the outer cardboard box. The three individual boxes should have been placed in a larger box with more cushioning. Glued the wheel back on myself.
