First, the panel came in about a week which was awesome. Second, the panel was as close to like new condition and appearance as a used item could get. High quality, No scratches, dings, and it included the wiring harness. Very satisfied with the purchase because this part at Lexus was $1100 with $400 in labor to install by taking out two screws and plastic panel clips.
