The food & water holders don't lock in which means they get pulled out & thrown. Comes shipped in pieces in a large crate that has to be dismantled & put yogether. Directions are picture only & very poor. For the price it should have had better better food container options & better perches. Comes with wooden dowel perches that a large bird will tear up easily in a day. Not to mention the wood alone is around $100. The cage is made of #304 stainless which is also very costly. Unfortunately we have no control over the extremely high costs of things these days. Before we shipped, we did explain its new in box and assembly is required. This shouldn't be any surprise. Regarding the perches, it comes as pictured.
