Put this conversion barrel in my Glock 23 and went to the range today. Put about 200 rounds of just Blazer fmj 115 grain and it performed flawlessly! If it can perform that well with cheap range ammo then I have no doubts that it will perform just as well with more expensive carry ammo! Very happy with this purchase! I have 2 G23’s .40 now I basically have a G23 & a G19
