They were a lovely set of roof bars too. The seller offered to rectify the problem straight away. Unfortunately we were going away on holiday the next day so we had to buy another set from a shop. The original company issued a refund as soon as they received the damaged set back. They were so helpful and gave great customer service.

They arrived in excellent condition and are now sitting proudly on our car, ready for when we go away shortly and will put the roof box on. Items were exactly as described. Very pleased. Only slight moan is no communication over delivery so we had no idea they were arriving on the 23rd until the courier rang the doorbell, so good job we were in.
