    I bought this b4 and loved it. This specific bottle is diff. Pours out like water. I was ripped off. I do not want this.was Opened? Need 2 return 😭

    I honestly feel ripped off when I purchased this in a store before the consistency was completely different it's obvious someone used a portion and tried to replace it with something else. I was kind of pissed when I put it in my hair, I thought someone put Nair or God knows what else was placed in it. I'm not sure why it was sent to me opened I apologize if it was a used item and I did not see it that. I would never buy used shampoo. I bought the conditioner from someone else and it was sealed plastic it was brand new and I had to take the seal of. I am trying not to be rude but come on I don't like buying anything tampered with let alone something I put on my children and myself.
