    Good seller as far as packaging, speed of delivery and condition as described. Unfortunately I received a counterfeit pair of earbuds. Bose confirmed it with the serial number. I don’t believe the seller knew they were counterfeit. I did contact the seller and he said he had a pair he used at the gym and that was it. No offers to make things right. The seller has a no return policy so I took my loss. Live and learn. At $299 I did think they would be authentic. The noise cancellation is horrible

    Bose; do not accept a substitute!

    Got a great deal on a used (looks new) unit from a nice guy on e-bay. This is my SECOND T-20 Bose system. I have had one in my home theater room for a bit over two years. The sound quality is perfect and the system can raise dust off the furniture during action scenes of movies. The second system was purchased for my wife's "girl cave" because she was envious of the system in my retreat. Over the years (I am OLD) I read the reviews of competitive products and even bought several competing systems. But, I always come back to Bose. Bose does cost more (most of the time) but there is a good reason (duh!); BOSE RULES!!! AT this time I have a near new Samsung sound bar (HER idea, not mine!) for sale because she 'didn't like it.'
