Although the bottle was bubble wrapped, it was sent in brown paper packaging - NOT a good idea. I contacted this merchant right away, and the next day got a reply with a full refund the same day. The good news is I would reorder the product and do it confidently from this vendor. I just woukd not trust EBAY on any cimmitments they make.
