  Unfortunately the shipping company was not kind to this package, which could have been packaged with a little more care, and 5 of the 11 pieces were broken. I contacted the seller who was extremely apologetic and immediately refunded the entire amount that I paid for the 11 piece collection.   I ship and reuse boxes have done it for over 20 years I ship it in boxes so the item does not get damaged I look for functionality not at the box itself . I recycle all of my packing as well . Trying to be environmentally friendly I guess was inconsiderate I apologize please forgive me
