They then provided a tracking number but the item wasn't received by the post office for a week so I contacted the seller. They said there had been a flaw in the garment which caused the delay. BUT, there was no communication to me at all to indicate that before I wrote. NONE. And after that, they simply sent generic emails ignoring my emails requesting specific info.
