- i***n (38)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem arrived as show in the pictures. Unfortunately, the packaging was insufficient to protect the item in shipment. There were some broken tails and shield that came off, as well as some bent lances. I was able to reattach/straighten these without much difficulty. Communicative seller, who refunded combined shipping costs quickly.

My only issue was with the packing, in which most of the figures were loose inside of a bubble wrap sleeve. Additionally the heavy Bolter and it’s gunner were not in the protective sleeve with the rest of the lot, it was in a plastic bag that was loose in the bottom of the box. Luckily the only thing that happened was paint chipping. I would buy from this seller again.
