    Thank you, sweater is lovely. The courier company who delivered to me are originally Hermes, now called Evri, because of a terrible service they provide, I guess they are trying to distance themselves from all the bad reviews of the past by changing the name. Anyway I just wanted to let you know that they had opened the bag to take a look inside to basically see if the contents were worth stealing. The bag was forced open, it didn’t just open from the transit. I would use DHL in future

    Sorry to hear that. We are also having alot of issue with carriers in the US too.Global shipping chooses the carrier, so perhaps you should contact ebay and let them know about this issue.Glad you liked the sweater though!
