The 1500 minutes gives 4 minutes a day of use. Tracfone allows carryover of time, so I have built up lots of minutes. The call quality and coverage are great; they are part of Verizon. 1500 MB is only 1.5 hours of streaming, don't plan on movies. It's enough to look up a quick question. Setup was easy with step by step instructions. Data transferred. The A14 is a good midrange phone.
