I have a Lenovo P310 board, flashed with m910q BIOS and it's spectacular! I hope this is the 3050 mini and not the 3050M - the difference being 35W proc support vs 65W support, and the number of PCIe lanes. I'm flashing libreboot or opencore BIOS on it and putting in an i9-9900KH. The Intel C230 chipset is very versatile, but make sure you know what you're doing first.

The Optiplex is still fully functional and I have it running as an Ubuntu server right now. The performance is noticeably better than the Raspberry Pi 4 I was using previously and all I did was supply an NVME drive and swap out the 8GB SODIMM for 2 new 8GB modules. No complaints. I will buy from this seller again.

Power LED is difficult to see and verify if the machine is on, but doesn’t pull from the fact that the rest of the computer still works. Ports are fully functional with no noticeable issues. Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running.
