    A mixed bag, but the Seller warrants 5 stars for courtesy and ease of engagement. The Koi letter holder was unique, but during shipping the lower tail fin was broken off. I sent two photographs to the Seller and in less than an hour he issued a refund. So I will just see what the Seller might have that appeals to me, can survive shipping, and help the Seller recoup the loss. I did suggest to the Seller that he might want to consider different packing, even if there was more cost to the buyer.
