After I initiated the return, Jared from Discount Computer Depot, contacted me to correct the issue. He offered to exchange the computer for the proper one. and apologized for the inconvenience. I received the right computer, and everything is working as described! I am very impressed with the level of customer service I received from the Discount Computer team!

Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running. The FedEx shipping only took two days. Unfortunately, there was an issue of a missing Wi-Fi dongle and optical drive. Customer service was great and shipped the missing items within two days. Again unfortunately, they shipped them USPS snail mail and took over a week to get them. I felt they should have placed a higher priority on something that was due to their error.
