The seller pointed out it was untested and gave accurate description, packaged it perfectly and sent it off rapidly. Just unable to get it going right now. Still, this was a good buy for a excellent price and the seller deserves full marks for openness. Would certainly consider this outlet again.

However, my money was taken and the seller did not post until I had raised an issue after the latest date for delivery. He then posted it. No acknowledgement or apology or communication. I also messaged him a day or two after buying with a query about the tracking, which he completely ignored. I cant do business with sellers who do not communicate, and who are tardy with posting.
